Our Philosophy:

At Mahan & Associates we believe we serve our clients in three distinct roles: Counselor, Advocate, and Businessman. We believe our most important role is that of Counselor, that is why we meet with every client personally. As a counselor we will fully discuss your matter and advise you on all your possible options. While we will recommend the course we believe you should take to dispose of your matter it is always up to the client which course we pursue. After helping the client choose the appropriate solution we believe that the attorney must become an unflinching Advocate. We will fight for your desired outcome to the full extent the law allows. An attorney should advocate for his client without end, pursuing all methods available. Finally, we believe the last role we play is that of a Businessman, and this is only out of necessity. We will never compromise your case to save money. We will never sacrifice the client’s best interest for a larger paycheck or less work.
